this week has not gone as planned so far. So Wednesdays are going to be my new Mondays, screw it.
I’m taking a shower and going to sleep tomorrow and planning out my class schedule before registration is open.

So yesterday I went to a pool party in Glendora, and even though I never went into the pool (because these people were super freaking rich and I am not), I was in a bathing suit under my clothes that I actually felt really good in. Like before I left I even showed my mom. Derp.
I’m so happy, I haven’t felt comfortable with myself in atleast two years. ;-;
Like I still have little problems but overall it was good. :)
Hopefully by the end of the summer, I can actually go out to the beach with my friends. UGHTHATWOULDBEFANTASTIC.
It’s worked so far for me, but when I really think about it at the end of the day I only probably eat like 1000-1300 calories on a regular day anyway. :) Maybe 1500. Maybe.
And I don’t know if it’s true for sure I don’t have any real facts on it, but I think that it’s easier to lose the pounds the more you have on. So since we need to lose fairly big numbers, it’s going to be happening on it’s own with healthy eating and exercise until we reach like the last twenty or ten. Then I think all this meticulous planning is necessary.
But I do this and by the end of the week I always lose at least a pound or half a pound.
